Each week, children from Year 1 to Year 6 are given homework to complete. This is mostly consolidation work from the week's learning. Homework is handed out on a Friday and needs to be handed in by the following Thursday.

Reading at home:
Learning to read takes lots of practise. Your child will cover the sounds and spellings at school but the time you spend reading with them is worth every minute. We encourage you to read with your child as much as possible. Please record this in your child's reading journal whenever you do.
